I had long  stated  that it was wrong  for president bola tinubu  to declare  that he did not need quadratic  Equations  to for his job. I stated it was a very dangerous  statement  because  he was close   minded and being cynical  about mathematics  and mathematicians. I Hope  he was not  referring  to my Equation which I have shared  with the national  mathematics  centre. I call it  the Augustine Togonu-Bickersteth presidential task equation. 

A mathematics teacher was slain n orire  oyo  state  by the  abductors this same  mathematics  could have saved orire  in oyo state  and even the rest  of nigeria because  mathematics  is the bedrock  of national  security.
