The paradox on this matter is that he granted several drug barons of the country presidential pardon. I recall that some of the news media brought his unique pardon of these barons to the fore in their discourses.

Kudos to the law enforcement agents in Lagos state for their recent discovery and "destruction" of drugs in the state.
