“The vice-chancellor, Prof. Isaac Adewole has commiserated with the entire Arewa and the good people of Kano on the death of the University chancellor and Emir of Kano, Alhaji Ado Bayero.”
Why the entire Arewa and the good people of Kano only? Why not also, the entire Nigeria and the good people of Nigeria which the late Emir would certainly be most pleased with? Is affectation going on here? Is this one more case of the trouble with Nigeria?
Better is expected from the office of a federal government university in my considered opinion.
Then again if the Vice Chancellor “has commiserated” with the Kano and Arewa people? When will he commiserate with other Nigerians?
