Please permit me to share with you this video and poignant speech delivered by the Pan-Africanist, Professor PLO Lumumba, at a graduation ceremony.
Fortunately, Africa has the solutions to solve her political, economic, and social quagmires. What we need are leaders, with the political will, to implement the recommendations.

There is No such thing as political will--it's political interests! They all don't have it--only the unemployed have an interests in getting employed; it does not interest the leaders to get them employed.

We have to decouple will from interests. Politics is about interests--never about will!

Professor P.L.O.  Lumumba is a  psychic tonic that is needed by all of Africa. Let's hope that his ongoing erudite and eloquent lectures across the continent would help sow the seed for a continental psychological reorientation/revolution away from the neocolonial world view that pervades the continental African world, with, of course, some across-the-board pockets of exceptions. Let's hope that through his tireless, spell-binding, oratorical, historically-layered, poignant, analytical, diagnostic and prescriptive panoramic surveys of Africa's contemporary socioeconomic and political circumstances, this exceptionally brilliant professor can ignite a movement towards an emancipated mass African consciousness.

Professor Lumumba's demonstrated multidimensional knowledge is breathtaking. It's a joy and awe to watch him speak contemporaneously elegantly  on myriad African internal challenges and myriad African external relations challenges. He is simultaneously intellectual and entertaining. He is a rare gem.
As I watch him speak, I can't help saying to myself, "this is living and talking library of knowledge." Professor Lumumba is truly exceptional. He is a professor's professor.
