Oga CH,

Thank you for this list sir. I particularly remember Okhide and Anunoby. I know for certain that Oga Ikhide has a serious grouse with this listserv, its many "intellectuals" (scare quote intended), and their many sins. I Have been so worried that i sent him a private mail recently and he responded. I challenged him to return. Well, i sorely miss him and his gadfly status.

Dr. Afolayan,

Yes, Ikhide had serious intellectual disagreements with those who did not buy or see credibility in his arguments. 

The other side of the issue is that his political favorite, Ex-President Jonathan lost the election and the political party, PDP he supported is in a complete disarray. What do you want Ikhide to say? He has no ideological product to sell. 

His literary ideas and contributions are missed and I hope he comes back to this intellectual scene.
