A few days ago the news was “Nigeria, US Begin Mapping Of Terrorist Enclaves Nationwide”
To Cornelius Ignoramnus and many other people's great surprise, the bombardment was not concentrated on the alleged Boko Haram hideout and logistical headquarters said to be the Sambisa Forest in North-Eastern Nigeria ; the US bombardment was focused on Sokoto, the heart of the once upon a time Sokoto Caliphate where Islamic state camps are said to be bordering Sokoto State, in North Western Nigeria
What collateral damage was done and what collateral damage is to be expected when and if other more civilian population-dense locations are eventually targeted?

It’s interesting to note that unlike Netanyahu, Pope Leo XIV did not mention Nigeria specifically in his Christmas Message , in fact did not mention Nigeria at all, and for that omission he is being severely criticized by the anti-Islamic folk at Frontpage Magazine here: Pope Leo: Jesus Identified with Gaza Muslims and Illegal Aliens
Otherwise, at least for the time being, everything is quiet in Bethlehem.

Will there come a time when the Nigerian authorities in collusion with the Israeli Airforce & Military could be jointly bombing Islamic State operatives and other alleged “Islamist terrorists” wherever they can find them in Federal Nigeria?
And the cattle rustlers, ransom kidnappers, and "the disrobed faceless forms of no position" etc ?
