Dear folasade ogunsola, vice chancellor  university  of Lagos
perhaps  we could do somethings together particularly having unilag as consultant and technical partners as a possible alternative to increasing tuition by 400 per cent.

Bearing in mind the enormous  human resources at your disposal, students, staff, alumni here are my do able  proposals

1 A pharmaceutical  city to stem  80 per cent importation of drugs
B medical accessories  and devices industrial complex

2  electric vehicle research, design and development.
There would be a demand of 8 milion  every year  in Africa. Nigeria and unilag can help to fill the  gap  with support from the Africa import  export bank working in collaboration of some youngsters today  like mustspha  gidado of maiduguri a mechanical engineering drop-out from the university  of maiduguri.
3   pan African magazine conglomerate. You have a formidable department of journalism and  media studies. I have 45 magazines in the pipeline coming from 42 years of writing publicly for the newspapers.

4 utilizatin of plantain to produce Bread, flour, jam, marmalade, beer vinegar,  crisps and more towards  mainstreaming  plantain in North America to stem the hypertension epidemic because plantains are rich in potassium which help to fight sodium in the body and maintain safe blood pressure levels.

About these I wold suggest you go back to the drawing board  and consult  the investment bankers and corporate strategists
