With Soyinka at the maiden edition of the Garden City Literary Festival at the University of Port Harcourt in 2008. Standing by my right was the late renowned Ghanaian Poet, Kofi Awoonor.

One of my poems titled "Irigidim" was used by Soyinka to teach a "Literary Master Class" session on the opening day.
