It is my considered opinion that Britain should give free education to all low skilled and low wage workers.education of high value and quality. In the absence of  support from Britain i would suggest, microsoft 365 if you belong to a school or you are a student, Google Garage,Alinson,GROWTH  TRIBE  and pearson educational

Why get educated?You get educated to be a good and effective citizen,you get educated to climb the ladder of success-  prosperity,pay packet   property,,promotion,recognition,respect re reward. A new job,

 you get educated to be more useful to your employer, yourself, your family,friends,neighbors”, community country and the world at large. You might want to read “the purposes of education by john hattie

. I am not calling for a strike here, strike achieves nothing, negotiation does;AT WORSE WHAT YOU GET   from a strike  IS A PYRRHIC VICTORY. 

STRIKE  FOR  MORE   pay has done more damage than good to  Britain.what the workers need perhaps is the   joy of living more with less other wise known as minimalism.

more joy the workers need and not more pay.  

     There is also   the Joy of Tax,how a fair tax system can create a better society  , a book by  Richard Murphy.  This is part of the purpose of education.  The purpose of education is not to produce  good business men but good citizens.  Of course the workers need affordable housing and affordable feeding for these, like the Japanese, The British Workers should put on their strike badges and go on working.  Thats how   Japan was built. Then you work by day and study by night or work by night and study by day.thats how usa was built.please  british workers do not destroy this country with  demands for more pay and more holiday.

    Thereis  clearly a difference between a japanese train, silent,efficient and on time than the british train service, ricketty, noisy and not on time

British workers what have you done to your country? You call for more pay and more holiday. Is this how you plan to build britain back to being great again?  More pay more holiday? Work is good for your health, the japanese go to work like they are waging war! Work is war to the japanese! So you had the cellular war and automobile war  between Japan and USA.

Work is the religion  of the germans  so Geramny is the strongest economy in Europe sao there is little  to achieve asking for more pay and more holiday bakew the cake first before you take it not take it before you bake it.

You work in a bakery, you bake bread, lots of them but you can't afford to or you are not allowed to eat the bread you bake!

You are a bricklayer you have built so many houses to completion. The houses are all occupied yet you sleep homeless with only a blanket at the train station

You are guarding a water tank,a tank of drinkable water yet when ever you are thirsty you choose contaminated water because you are not allowed water from the tank you are guarding

You work in a car manufacturing plant  you have made so many cars yet you cannot afford a spare tyre  talk less of a motor car.

Dear    Great Security officer,Retail  worker,Receptionist,cleaner caterer  gardner  and waste management operative 

 I salute you. You are great that's why you are called great. You are great  because you are the heroes   and heroines of covid 19 era

Prime Minister Boris Johnson has spoken on the need for  Britain to become a Science and technology superpower  and also a high skill and  high wage country.

The only way to produce high skill is through   education and training so those of you in educational institutions should make  demands from your authorities  and for the rest  Britain should provide the means by reason of information support and finance.,law and legislation
