who are your best friends? there is a shortage of 25 mililon affordable homes in nigeria,.please look up the name VARTAN GREGORIAN he died exactly 2 years ago today April 15 2021.
Real estate developer and propery visionary , Babajide Odusolu reveals 19 million nigerians can affiord to build houses costing 20 million naira via a flexible payment plan but my impression is that you build hosues CASH down in milions of dollars. these are potentially sources of the much needed jobs. There is indeed a nexus between insecurity and unemployment. we build houses with high walls, perimeter fencing ,armoutred gates ,patrol dogs ,ccctv camera etc. but your best bet for a secure nigeuia is JOB CREATION, we need 25 mililon jobs for now .4.5 mllllon releasd into the job market every year and you might be exporting jobs by importing fixture, furniture, building materials etc.

recently MIT offered one million dollars as a prize money for innovation in housing. this is how civilised societies are built,.
have you ever thought of awarding prizes towards solving nigerias intractable housing problem? who are our best friends?

what you spend on one house on banana island could be used to develop a new city far away from lagos .if not why not?
