Then we ask how many  jobs  in what area and what  specific  disciplines  do we need these  jobs?

. Now we have to make sure the jobs we are creating  are in demand  in the labour  market or we educate  the market  on the benefits  of these job s

What else?

How many are looking fur  jobs.? There are 123 miliion  of them  unemployed  and we are aiming  for 123 miliion  jobs.

Not all 123 miliion  looking for  jobs but we want  123 miliin  to work. The more the merrier so that  we can have 123 miliin youths  paying tax.thats good  money for  Government  programmes. 

Where are the jobs? I'm manufacturing  and more. In services.:

 1 household s goods manufacturer for middle  class  Africa. 54 African  countries 

2 Doors  and furniture

3wall to wall carpets 

4plasma tv and other  television  sets

air-conditioniners

5 micro wave ovens cooker washing machine  and.dryer refrigerator. Foam  matre.ss 

6 pulp and paper  .toiletries  stationery  books and newspapers.  Consumer  and farms  magazine. Trade  magazines  abd journals 

7 cotton  Textiles  garment and footwear. 

8 ambulances. Fire engines. Waste management trucks. Tractors. Police car's. Post  Office  vans 

9 car's  and other vehicles  of the national assembly  and the Presidency  and judiciary. The ministries  departments  and Agencies. Example .innoson motors  inewi.

AFRICA should  stop exporting solid  minerals rather these  minerals  should  be transformed  into finished   goods  and exported. If we do these  there woujd be  an explosion  of jobs in Africa.
