In a paper published on Jan 12, 2023 in the journal Cell, authors found that cellular responses to the breakage of DNA strands erodes the epigenetic landscape, and that subsequent loss of epigenetic information accelerated mammalian aging (Yang et al, 2023). They describe the increase in entropy due to DNA changes (which are proteins, and inherently unstable under many conditions except for finely balanced ones, as experienced 

by the pharmaceutical manufacture of proteins for medicine (Wang 1999)). This means any technology that interferes with the body's homeostatic balance can accelerate aging, not to mention that it can also increase the formation of melanomas and cancers and other dangerous long term effects if not disclosed on time and dealt with carefully.

On the other hand, there have been enough public alarms and academic concerns raised on the effects of electromagnetic frequency radiation such that there have been studies on effects of EMFs on neuronal electrical activity, cellular calcium homeostasis, energy metabolism, genomic responses, neurotransmitter balance and blood–brain barrier permeability (Hermann and Hossman, 1997). While the science still has not converged on the safety from long term exposure to the amounts of EMF contained in the commercial telephony and internet systems widely used (such as 5g - a subject for much conspiracy), the effect of EMF frequencies on cell health and the fact that they can cause DNA fragmentation is well documented by Mihai et al (2014) which tested a 100Hz EMF exposed to health cells for 45 minutes which led to highly significant (0.001 level) single DNA strand breaks and the generation of reactive oxygen species (I believe people call these free radicals and associate this with accelerated aging as well) (Mihai et al, 2014).

Has the US navy conducted a test of the effect of their specific frequency attack bands in their sonic weapon FOR WHICH THEY HOLD A PATENT on cell apoptosis? The idea that a "non lethal weapon" can cause irreversible DNA breakage, cell apoptosis, accelerated aging and increased free radical oxygen ions in an individual from less than an hour of exposure harkens to the sort of war crimes that the Nazis remain vilified for to this day.
