I am certain that you are not ignorant of the geographical facts that Nigeria is endowed with abundant rain forest and savannah grassland, fertile soil for agriculture all the year round, verse mineral resources (liquid and solid) and a climate devoid of major natural disasters such as earthquakes, typhoons or cyclones. You are also aware, I believe, that there is no academic degree in this world, real or honorary, that one would not find some Nigerians possessing it. This explains why there are more PhDs and Professors employed in all the Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) in Nigeria than in any government on this planet, earth. Academic titles of Nigerians in government conjure up powerful visions and ideals of the type of a country we all want our Nigeria to be. When industrial revolution of Britain that subjugated us into her property as a colony began, Britain did not contain one-tenth of academic degree holders as Nigeria of today. Taking into account that Western Europe is very poor in natural resources and disadvantaged by hostile weather, Nigeria with so many academic degree holders in its MDAs should have overtaken and surpassed Western Europe economically and industrially in 1970. However, visions and ideals have been conjured into nightmare by the Western educated Nigerians who have only succeeded in transforming the Nigerian State into a carrion and turning one of the richest diverse geographies in the world to the most embarrassing atrophy. Close to fifty-eight years after obtaining National flag and anthem from Britain, the Western educated in the Nigerian MDAs have spun and woven, like spiders, without being able to produce a piece of cloth. It must be obvious to any intelligent Nigerian that, spiders must have been miss-educated to use wrong materials in spinning and weaving which is why they have failed to produce desired cloths. If we have been indoctrinated to wash our hands with sputum while we are surrounded by rivers, I should not be blamed for pointing out the absurdity of our behaviour. I have discovered that Western education in Nigeria was founded, and it is still being maintained by pickpockets who force us to attend their prayer meetings. However, I have learnt to pray without closing my eyes, since that is the occasion pickpockets exploit to pilfer wallets of church attendees. Not closing my eyes at prayer meetings enforced on us to attend by the pickpockets is my remedy against childhood indoctrination with western education but it cannot be effective without the participation of all Western educated Nigerians like you. Psychologically, I am free but physically, I am not free since physical freedom in relation to national and international politics can only be achieved collectively and not individually.
 

 
I am yet to understand why you seem to be schizophrenic about the entire Fulani ethnic group. Even when it is obvious to everyone that Fulani are rescuing children from drowning in the river, you will take an exceptional stand to accuse them as 'kidnappers' of children. In that schizophrenic state of mind, you believe that all herdsmen in Nigeria are Fulani and all Fulani are herdsmen which are untrue. Like all other ethnic groups in Nigeria, I do believe that the Fulani people also contain some criminal elements, but that should not make any normal person to conclude that all Fulani are criminals. Similarly, no normal human brand all Benin people as human traffickers and prostitutes, even though nearly all Nigerians caught abroad in that business are from Benin ethnic group of Edo state in Nigeria. Majority of Benin people, as we all know, are not human traffickers and prostitutes just as all Fulani are not herdsmen and most Fulani herdsmen are not terrorists, capable of perpetrating the type of crimes that are often attributed to them. A herdsman hanging an AK-47 around his shoulder and driving a herd of 100 cows is not equipped to attack but to defend his cattle either against rustlers or any attacking carnivore. A herdsman with his cattle is incapable of an offensive battle against a village or community because he will lose his cattle in the ensuing battle. But it has now become a trend in Nigeria that the crimes committed by armed robbers, kidnappers, and extortionists are blamed on Fulani herdsmen. That Fulani herdsmen are innocent of the crime of terrorism being attributed to them was recently buttressed by the statements credited to retired Lieutenant-General Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma thus, "The armed forces are not neutral. They collude with the armed bandits to kill people , kill Nigerians. The security forces, rather than protect the people, facilitate the movement of armed attackers and often provide cover for them." It is noteworthy that General Danjuma did not say armed Fulani herdsmen or armed Fulani attackers, rather he said, armed bandits and armed attackers. This is because General Danjuma as a retired military man knows that, unlike horses, cows cannot be deployed in combat for any battle. Danjuma, like other Nigerians, has not been able to identify killers of Nigerians at the scene of massacres as Fulani or Fulani herdsmen. As we all know, rural banditry is very common all over Nigeria nowadays and the armed bandits are always city/town dwellers seeking to reap the fruits of the labours of poor village farmers in Nigeria.
 

 
You failed to respond to the question I raised about who will try and jail corrupt Nigerian leaders when judicial officers in Nigeria are themselves extremely corrupt as I illustrated with case samples. It is incontrovertible that corrupt officials and judicial officers in Nigeria, without exception, are all western educated. Therefore, whenever the issue of the degeneration of socio-economic development of Nigeria is being discussed, there is no way one can gloss over the roles played by the Western educated Nigerian officials employed and paid to execute economic projects. In my previous submission, I listed out some of the hundreds of cases of treasury lootings committed by western educated Nigerians that had been pending in Nigerian courts since 2007 due to serial or indefinite adjournments by equally western educated Nigerians presiding as Judges. In many instances these judges even grant perpetual injunctions forbidding the arrest, interrogation detention and prosecution of suspected treasury looters by the investigating and prosecuting agencies.
 

 
When western educated Nigerians at the nation's MDAs steal funds appropriated for job creation the consequence is that unemployed youths become armed robbers and kidnappers. When funds appropriated for building hospitals and roads are stolen by Western educated Nigerian officials, the resulting spread of diseases, untimely deaths in Nigeria's hospitals and roads should be blamed on the western educated Nigerian official thieves. When money meant for building and maintaining primary schools for all children of school age are stolen by western educated Nigerian officials, the thieves are guilty of breeding illiteracy, ignorance and criminals in the society. When western educated Nigerian officials divert billions of dollars of ecological funds to buy choice properties in UK, US or UAE, they should be held responsible for tragic deaths of people, displacement of others as well as destruction of properties by floods. When western educated Service Chiefs of Nigeria Armed Forces divert security funds to build shopping malls at home and buying mansions abroad, they should be held responsible for the proliferation of armed bandits, kidnappers and insurgents in Nigeria.
 
In view of the aforementioned, your sense of revulsion, uproar and outrage should, rather, be directed at fictional academics producing imaginary developments in Nigeria, than dissipating your energy into enquiring whether Philip Emeagwali, a Nigerian based in the US, was the father of internet or not. Philip Emeagwali has never committed any fraud against Nigeria or Nigerian people.

Is it that education that made you struggle to discharge terrorist Fulani herdsmen of guilt for various massacres even when the representatives of the herdsmen publicly declared their responsibility for the massacres?
 
What agenda are you really pursuing?
 
An agenda that correlates Nigerian underdevelopment with Western education , supporting causes agst the interests of Nigeria while operating through the agency of that very Western education?
 
Don't we know the group that operates in terms of that contradiction?
 
Are you on the same page with them?

Is Nigerian judiciary not the backbones of the Western Educated official robbers of Nigeria's collective patrimony?
 

 
To begin with, it has been said that out of 59,000 prison inmates in Nigeria, 32,000 are awaiting trials and they are kept in prison custody because they could not meet their bail conditions. Most of these awaiting trial prisoners have been kept in prison for over ten years for alleged offences which on conviction would attract less than a year in prison or a fine of N1,000. However, the 32,000 awaiting trials in Nigeria, mostly uneducated, are forgotten in the Nigerian prisons, while the Western Educated Nigerian-pen-robbers of billions of dollars appropriated for socio-economic welfare of the people are granted bails to preen, like peacocks in mating season, on the national stage. Money for healthcare facilities, universal primary education for all Nigerian children of school age, road networks, national carrier aircrafts, potable water facilities, electrification amenities, iron, steel and aluminium productions, crude oil refineries defence and security of Nigeria have been stolen by western educated Nigerian officials with heavy academic titles employed and overpaid to execute those socio-economic welfare projects. The pack of vultures that bled Nigeria dry and stole what could have turned Nigeria into Dubai, Singapore, London or Paris have openly been identified, arraigned, and granted bail. Like the sharks that learned to swim in the trail of slave ships to feed on black slaves flung into the sea by the slave guards from the second half of the 15th century, Nigerian judicial officers, especially the judges have learnt to ally themselves with the robbers of the national wealth in order to get their own share of the stolen wealth.
 

 
Depending on the gravity of the crime, an accused is granted or denied bail at the discretion of the presiding judge. This discretion is always misused (abused) by the Western educated Nigerian judges handling cases of Western educated Nigerian plunderers of funds ear-marked for defence and security as well as socio-economic and industrial development of Nigeria. When high ranking Arm Forces Chiefs diverted huge sums of money meant for arm procurements into their private bank accounts, insurgents had field days to ransack towns and villages, killing and kidnapping people. Maternal deaths and deaths from preventable diseases are direct consequences of stolen funds, appropriated for healthcare deliveries, by the Western educated Minister of Health and public servants under him. Road networks degenerate into grave yards where people and vehicles are buried daily because money appropriated for road maintenance and constructions have been stolen. Considering the enormity of the stolen funds and the gravity of its consequences on the Nigerian masses, the accused robbers of public funds should be kept in protective custody until their cases are finally decided by the courts. Instead, Nigerian Judges help to perpetuate and exacerbate thievery not only by granting bails to robbers of multi-million dollars of Nigeria's development funds but see to it that the trials of those who brought economic ruin to the country and impoverishment to the people of Nigeria are never concluded.
 

 
After 2007 federal elections, 33 out of 36 state governors whose eight years tenure expired or not re-elected were arraigned by the EFCC in courts for corrupt enrichment and stealing of public funds. Till date, only the cases of the former Governor of Edo State, Lucky Igbinedion, and his brother, Michael Igbinedion, who served as the chief of staff to the Governor were partially concluded. Lucky Igbinedion was fined N3.5 million by Justice Abdullahi Kafarati, in a plead bargain, for looting Edo State the sum of 5 billion naira, implying that the Governor was allowed to keep N4.65 billion of the amount he stole from the Edo people. Justice Abdullahi Kafarati, was among the Justices accused by the DSS of perpetrating cash and carry justice in Nigeria. As for Michael Igbinedion, Justice M. Liman of the Federal High Court, Benin, on Wednesday 30 April 2015, fined him the sum of N3 million for stealing N25 billion from Edo State treasury between 1999 and 2007, which the EFCC promptly appealed against but which is yet to be listed for hearing as of date. Justice Liman was later transferred to the Federal High Court, Port Harcourt, where Governor Nysom Wike of Rivers State prevented DSS from arresting him in October 2016. Among the 2007 cases of stealing of public funds still pending in the court in 2018 is that of former Governor of Plateau State (1999-2007), Joshua Chibi Dariye. What is remarkable about Joshua Chibi Dariye is that he was arrested by the Metropolitan Police on 2 Sept. 2004 in his Marriot Hotel room in London. He was found to be in possession of various amount of money in different currencies totalling over £90, 000. Investigations showed that he operated eight different UK bank accounts of which seven were in sterling containing over £2 million and one in dollars containing $80,000.00. Dariye was charged to court for money laundry and granted bail with his Nigerian passport deposited with the London police.

Since you were forced into Western education as a child, what have you done
to remedy this grave injustice?
 
If you cannot tell us what you have done to remedy this gross inadequacy in
your education, on what logical or moral ground do you stand to denigrate
the Western education other Nigerians have gained?
 
Lets chew that first.
 
The facts of the Fulani militia/Fulani herdsmen/Hausa Fulani politicians/
Miyetti Allah terrorist alliance are now well known. That claim that
identifying this ethnic alliance is equivalent to negatively profiling all
Fulani people and all herdsmen has long been busted by Nigerians as they
discern the workings on this network in which a group of people present
themselves as pursuing the interests of a larger group, most of whom
acquiesce to the murderous methods used on their behalf by excusing them,
justifying them, trying to dilute their gravity, keeping silent or
struggling to decouple the massacres from their ethnic thrust propelled by
the self appointed champions of Fulani supremacy, Miyetti Allah, headed
by the most elite Nigerian Fulani, as Miyetti Allah continues to justify
the massacres committed by their militia and go scot free as the Fulani
national ruler urges those being slaughtered by the militia working with
the Fulani herdsmen to 'accommodate their neighbors'.
 
The onslaught threatened and carried out by Miyetti Allah in Benue is too
well known, their antics in Taraba and Kogi and other states clear public
record, the open support they have got from their ethnic kin the Minister
of Defence, the Inspector General of Police and the tacit and open support
of national ruler Buhari are clear to all, so that Danujama's politic
refusal to identify the ethnic nexus involved, perhaps on account of the
sufficiently explosive character of his call to arms agst a govt sponsored
terrorist group, such an explicit identification of this ethnic nexus from
him capable of generating far reaching destructive implications in a
country already in chaos, makes no difference to the reality known to all.

on a Nigerian postage stamp

fraudulent claims to correlating his achievements with those represented by

fraud, suggested his face be placed on Nigerian currency, committed fraud
agst Nigeria or the Nigerian people.
 
Amidst all this, lets not forget the key issue-what are you doing to cure
yourself of the cancer represented by the Nigerian brand of Western
education?
