in the Black Hills of South Dakota and 

smiling in all eternity next to George Washington,

Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt, and Abraham Lincoln

and that his (Trump’s)  disciples should make an annual pilgrimage

to his shrine, on the 4th of June, his birthday
