Folks it is my sad duty to announce that Dr. Kwadwo Konadu-Agyemang, a professor of Geography and Urban Planning at the University of Akron, Ohio,  passed away late Friday July 27, 2007.

Dr. Konadu was promoted to a full professorhip in August 2006.

The traditional funeral will be on the campus of Akron University on Sunday Sept 2. The body will be flown home for internment therefater.
