My name is Samuel Abayomi John. I am a doctoral candidate in higher education administration at Indiana State University. I am an adjunct professor of political science at two local community colleges in Los Angeles County, California.

I am in need of 8 - 12 current African American/African faculty who migrated from research universities to tier 2 or state universities  in the United States before being tenured.

A major problem with your query is its implicit assumption that professors don't conduct research or engage in research activities at State Universities. You need to rephrase your question in order to be able to attract meaningful responses.
