Conference Schedule is here!- 2023 Austin Africa Conference

Dear Presenters, 

 

It is two weeks to go and we can not wait to have you attend the 2023 Austin Africa Conference!!

 

As you know, the conference will take both physical and virtual forms. A few weeks ago, we asked that you indicate your mode of presentation on a google doc and since then, the schedule has been divided based on those who indicated/responded via email. 

As we are doing our best to make sure that the conference is a success, we kindly ask that you study the schedule attached and that you kindly do the following...

 

Please:

1. Find your name 

2.Confirm that your name appears in the correct session (Either: Virtual, Or: In-Person)

3. Indicate if your mode of presentation/attendance has changed via email immediately. 

4. If you will not be able to attend, kindly inform us immediately so that we can make necessary adjustments. 

4. Kindly respond to this email no later than Wednesday, March 15, 2023. 

 

Please be on the lookout for subsequent emails this week concerning airport arrival, transportation, lodging and onboarding. Thank you.
