Dear Lt General Taoreed Abiodun Lagbaja
A problem shared  is a problem solved. Or like the mathematicians would say  a problem defined  is half solved
I would like to commend  the analytical  and scientific approach  of the arrmed forces of nigeria  to the national  security situation in nigeria . It is definitely  the way to go..
In the light of these in respect of the non kinetic aspect of the assignment  I am imploring you  to use your good  and high office  to call on the commander in Chief ,Predident Bola Tinubu, on the need  for massive and heavy funding of humanistic  and sòcio scientific research on a cost benefit analysis  basis for the bandits, insurgents and kidnappers  are  only human and members  of society.
We need to understudy  and underdrand their orientation, motivation, hopes, fears aspirations and more.
Dear Lt.General Taoreed Abiodun Lagbaja on your newly graduated  recruits  here are your words as  follows "The variety of threat they will be posted to manage on the field include insurgency in the North East, banditry and cattle rustling in the North West, farmers/ herders clashes in the North Central.

Others are sessesionist agitation and cultism in the South East, militancy and vandalism of national assets from the South South, to mention but a few.”

For resolution in a non kinetic way ŵe are looking at  philosophy, History as psychotherapy,,empathy,Story telling telling, neuro linguistics film

 nutrition and more

You have the ears  of the commander  in chief. The  buck stops at his table.

Thank you for reading
