Required Skills & Qualifications

Ø    Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Ø    3+ years of hands-on experience with RPA tools Power Automate.

Ø    Strong knowledge of Python.

Ø    Familiarity with SQL databases and query writing.

Ø    Experience with process analysis, design, and optimization.

Ø    Knowledge of workflow design patterns and exception handling.

Ø    Understanding of version control tools (Git, TFS, SVN).

Ø    Preferred Qualifications RPA tool certification (Power Automate, Power APPS ).

Ø    Experience integrating RPA with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, etc.).

Ø    Exposure to AI/ML, OCR (e.g., ABBYY, Document Understanding, or Google Vision APIs).

Ø    Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Ø    Knowledge of cloud-based automation solutions (Azure Automation, AWS Step Functions)
