Position: Lead Data Analyst

Location: Sacramento, CA (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months

 

Need 10+ Years of experience required

Strong in BOBJ and Teradata.

 

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst for our Client in Sacramento, CA. This role supports Agile delivery, backlog management, data analysis, and collaboration with technical and business teams. Please submit your resume along with the expected rate per hour.

 

Job Responsibilities:                              

•         5 to 10 years of experience as a data analyst or in other quantitative analysis or related disciplines, such as Data Analyst or Data Engineer or Business Intelligence (BI) analyst.

•         5 to 10 years of experience with the extract, transform, and load (ETL) tool, such as DataStage, Informatica.

•         5 to 10 years of experience with Teradata SQL Studio.

•         5 to 10 years of experience with Business Objects (BOBJ)

•         5 to 10 years of experience as a Data Base Administrator (DBA) or similar responsibilities. At least 3+ years of that experience must have been as a Lead.

•         5 to 10 years of experience with the understanding of information technology fundamentals, architecture, relational database, and the system development life cycle.

•         5 to 10 years of experience with communicating effectively both verbally and in writing with a variety of audience types using different mechanisms, including informal updates, formal presentations, business case documents, and other analytical and technical documents.

 

Ideal Candidate:

·       Lead Data Analyst - Strong SAP Business Objects (BOBJ) and Teradata experience.

·       Hands-on DataStage or Informatica ETL development experience.

·       Experience creating reports using Business Objects (BOBJ) – Mandatory.

·       Previous DBA responsibilities.

·       At least 3 years of team lead experience.

·       Experience working in enterprise data warehouse environments.
