Title: Change Management Consultant

Location: St Paul, MN (Hybrid) 

Experience: 15 + Years

Description:

Skills & Qualifications

·         Level of Education: B.S. or B.A. Degree

·         Certification: Degree program in Change Management or related field or relevant certification in the role.

·         Years of experience in Position Title: Minimum of five years of experience in a Lead Change Management role

Skills & Qualifications

·         Certification in a Change Management methodology such as the Prosci Change Management model using the ADKAR framework or a comparable process.

·         Demonstrated experience working with large ($30 Million) budget project and/or program

·         Demonstrated experience working on ERP or Enterprise Asset Management programs

·         End User Documentation: Demonstrated skill in developing and maintaining project documentation, including writing change strategies, communication plans, training plans, risk assessments, status reports and all other required program/ project documentation

·         Communications Requirements: Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that concisely convey a clear understanding of the message to different audiences.

·         Work Environment: Working independently and/or in a team environment may be required for some engagements.

Responsibilities:

·         Change Management Consultant to assist with the systematic approach, the transition, and the transformation of the Client’s Business Process System Integration (BPSI) Program.

·         The role of the Change Management Consultant is to implement strategies for effecting change, controlling change, and helping adaptation to change for the entire program across the enterprise.

·         They will also have hands on change mgmt. responsibilities for 6 of the 7 projects within the program.

·         These 6 projects are mainly PeopleSoft implementation and reporting projects.

·         This resource will provide direction to the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) project Change Management consultant to ensure alignment with the overall program direction.

Additional Skills:

·         Skilled in Prosci Change Management model using the ADKAR framework or a comparable process.

·         Experienced with very complex change situations in a matrixed environment.

·         Demonstrated experience working with large ($30 Million) ERP or Enterprise Asset Management programs.
