Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Salesforce Architect to lead the design, governance, and delivery of a multi-cloud Salesforce ecosystem. The role requires deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Experience Cloud along with strong experience in DevOps and healthcare integrations. The architect will ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions supporting providers, patients, and payers.

Key Responsibilities:

Define Salesforce architecture standards across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Translate complex business and clinical needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Lead governance, release management, and DevOps pipelines (Copado CI/CD or similar).

Oversee integrations with EHRs, payer systems, and population health platforms (APIs, Mulesoft, middleware).

Ensure compliance with HIPAA/PHI and maintain performance at scale.

Mentor Salesforce teams and engage stakeholders to align business and technology.

 Required Qualifications:

12–15 years of IT experience, including 6–8 years in Salesforce delivery and architecture.

Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect.

Proven experience with DevOps tool, CI/CD, and automated testing.

Knowledge of healthcare data, compliance, and security best practices.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
