We are seeking a high-caliber Full-Stack QA Engineer. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of a mission-critical serverless application built on AWS. This role requires a unique blend of frontend expertise, deep backend logic validation, and a strong understanding of HIPAA-compliant data environments using Amazon Aurora.

Key Responsibilities:
Serverless Logic Validation: Design and implement automated tests for Node.js backend services, specifically validating event-driven architectures and AWS Lambda function triggers.
Database & Storage Integrity: Use advanced SQL to verify data consistency within Amazon Aurora (MySQL Compatible), ensuring high-performance relational data handling and serverless scaling behavior.
Frontend Excellence: Develop E2E test automation for React interfaces to ensure seamless patient and provider experiences across complex workflows.
Healthcare Compliance Testing: Conduct rigorous security and privacy audits to ensure the application meets HIPAA standards, including validating data encryption at rest (KMS) and in transit (TLS).
Infrastructure Monitoring: Utilize AWS CloudWatch and X-Ray to trace serverless requests, monitor logs, and identify bottlenecks in a distributed environment.
Full-Stack Integration: Validate the entire request-response lifecycle from the React UI through API Gateway to the Node.js business layer and Aurora database.
Automated Pipelines: Integrate testing suites into AWS CodePipeline or GitHub Actions to maintain quality in a continuous delivery environment.
Required Technical Skills:
Cloud & Serverless: Expert knowledge of the AWS Serverless Stack (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, Cognito).
Backend & DB: Proficiency in Node.js and high-level SQL for managing Amazon Aurora MySQL clusters.
Frontend: Hands-on experience with React and automation frameworks like Playwright or Cypress.
Domain Knowledge: Understanding of Healthcare compliance (HIPAA/PHI safeguards) and secure data handling.
