Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Migration Expert to lead the transition from OTM On-Prem to OTM Cloud (SaaS). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in OTM architecture, data migration, cloud integrations, and best practices for a successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Migration & Implementation:

·         Lead end-to-end migration of Oracle OTM from On-Prem to SaaS.

·         Assess current on-prem architecture, configurations, and customizations, and define the migration roadmap.

·         Design and implement data migration strategies, ensuring high data integrity and minimal disruption.

·         Configure and optimize OTM Cloud workflows to match business requirements.

Integration & Customization:

·         Analyze existing OTM integrations (ERP, WMS, TMS, external carriers, and logistics providers) and rework them for cloud compatibility.

·         Develop and deploy Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)-based solutions for seamless data exchange.

·         Ensure compliance with Oracle SaaS extensibility best practices (using REST APIs, Oracle Visual Builder, etc.).

Testing & Validation:

·         Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing post-migration.

·         Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and gather feedback for refinements.

·         Ensure system security, compliance, and adherence to best practices.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Support:

·         Work closely with IT, business teams, and third-party vendors to ensure a smooth transition.

·         Provide training and post-go-live support to end users.

·         Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

Required Skills & Experience:

·         7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).

·         Proven experience migrating OTM On-Prem to OTM Cloud (SaaS).

·         Strong expertise in OTM data models, workflows, and configurations.

·         Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and cloud-based integrations.

·         Knowledge of PL/SQL, XML, and Java (for custom extensions and automation).

·         Hands-on experience with OTM security, compliance, and performance optimization.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Oracle OTM Cloud Certification is a plus.

·         Experience with multi-country, large-scale logistics operations.

·         Knowledge of AI/ML-driven transportation analytics is a plus.
