Contract role based in Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Position: Senior Workday HCM Consultant
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)

12 Month Contract
Key Responsibilities
Workday Core HCM Solution Delivery
Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Workday Core HCM solutions.
Conduct discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis sessions.
Design and configure Workday Core HCM business processes and organizational structures.
Support global HR transformation and process standardization initiatives.
Workday HCM Certification.
Configuration and maintaining Workday Core HCM components, including: Supervisory Organizations, Job Profiles and Job Families, Positions and Position Management, Worker Lifecycle Events, Hire, Transfer, Promotion, Termination, and Organizational Change Processes and Employee and Manager Self-Service
Security & Compliance
Configure and maintain role-based security and business process security policies.
Ensure compliance with organizational governance, audit, and data privacy requirements.
Support security reviews and access management activities.
Reporting & Analytics
Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
Support HR leadership with workforce insights and operational reporting.
Create Advanced, Matrix, Composite Reports, and Discovery Boards.
Testing & Release Management
Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, and deployment activities.
Assess Workday releases and recommend adoption of new features and enhancements.
Support post-production stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
Partner with HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, IT, and business leaders.
Provide Workday best-practice recommendations and strategic guidance.
Mentor junior consultants and support project delivery teams.
Required Qualifications & Experience
10+ years of Workday Core HCM experience and HR Technology, HCM consulting, or HR systems experience.
Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end Workday implementations.
Experience supporting global HR organizations and enterprise-scale deployments.
Strong
analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
