Oracle ERP Tester

Location : Atlanta/GA ( 1 Openings -Must) or OP/Kansas or Frisco/TX ( Any 1 location )

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented ERP Program Specialist with strong experience in Oracle ERP systems, telecom provisioning, and ordering processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and optimizing ERP implementations and integrations, ensuring seamless provisioning and order management within telecom environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support ERP Oracle implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
• Manage telecom provisioning workflows, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery.
• Oversee telecom ordering systems, including order capture, validation, and fulfillment processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP and provisioning-related issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation for ERP configurations, workflows, and integrations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
• Provide training and support to end-users on ERP and provisioning systems.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ERP program management, with a focus on Oracle ERP.
• Strong understanding of telecom provisioning and ordering systems.
• Experience with ERP integrations, data migration, and process automation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Oracle Fusion or Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Familiarity with telecom OSS/BSS systems.
• Knowledge of APIs and middleware platforms for ERP integration.
• API Automation
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus.
