Job Title: AI/ML Engineer

Location : Remote

 

Only Independent visa holder (H4 EAD,L2 EAD AND US CITIZEN)

 

Detailed JD:      

• 5 to 8 years software/data engineering; 2+ years LLM/GenAI applications
• Strong Programming skills (Python); LlamaIndex and/or LangChain in production RAG systems
• Vector databases, Pinecone preferred
• MCP / tool-calling patterns; FASTMCP experience a significant plus
• Chunking strategies, overlap settings, metadata tagging
• Builds and optimises the AI layer, RAG pipelines, prompt orchestration, MCP tool connectors. 
• Works with the Engagement Lead to translate architectural decisions into production-grade, well-evaluated code.
• Develop end-to-end RAG pipelines: ingestion, chunking, embedding, Pinecone indexing, retrieval
• Implement retrieval strategies including semantic search
• Build MCP connectors exposing system APIs as agent-callable tools (read and write)
• Contribute to agent orchestration: intent routing (RAG vs MCP vs workflow)
• Apply security controls and Authorization tokens
