- Experience in
setting up Recurring
Services by utilizing Service
Contracts, Maintenance Plans, Functional Locations, Service Order
Templates.
- Experience is Service
Execution – Service
Quotation and Service
Order Management, Service Billing
- Experience with Monitoring
Services
- Experience with S4 mandatory.
- Background experience with CRM
Service Management is also relevant experience. (Note that we
are not implementing classical ECC Customer Service)
- Developing RICEF functional specs
