Position Overview

• Role: AI/ML Engineer - Agentic Behavior & LLM Tuning

• Location: Chandler, AZ / Charlotte, NC (Local candidates in NC and AZ states only)

Core Responsibilities:

• Agentic Design: Design and implement behavioral logic, tool-calling, and decision-making frameworks for autonomous AI agents.

• LLM Tuning: Implement advanced LLM tuning techniques, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RLHF.

• Evaluation: Develop robust evaluation metrics and testing frameworks to assess agent performance.

• Platform Scaling: Collaborate with teams to deploy and scale intelligent agents onto core enterprise infrastructure.
