Section 2 of the Income Tax Act of Canada says:
"Every PERSON resident in Canada is subject to
the income tax." [..to pay an income tax.]
And, the ITA defines PERSON as [ Section 248]:
""person", or any word or expression descriptive of
a person, includes ANY CORPORATION, and any
entity exempt, because of subsection 149(1),
from tax under Part I on all or part of the entity's
taxable income and the heirs, executors,
liquidators of a succession, administrators or
OTHER LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES of such
a PERSON, according to the law of that part
of Canada to which the context extends;

Now, we hear that CRA is mailing out demands
that those people who have used Eldon's
unique income tax return filing method
complete and file a T1013 CRA form.
What is the purpose of this form? The title
of the form is 'AUTHORIZING or CANCELLING
a REPRESENTATIVE'. To CRA, 'representative'
means 'legal representative', and as we see
above in the definition of 'person', a 'legal
representative' is considered a 'person'.
So, with this, you can see the scheming
and conniving that has gone into the writing
of the Income Tax Act to deceive people
into the unlawful extortion racket called
income tax.
And you can also see just what a bunch of
thieving scumbags that the evil people
who work for CRA are. Theirs is nothing
short of a total act of TREASON upon the
Canadian people.

file as a 'free will man or woman' - your
God Given status, and you file for the
'fiction entity' that is ONLY your 'agent
in commerce'. Since the government has
used your physical body to 'identify' this
'fiction entity' with the name that appears
on what they call 'your birth certificate',

YOU ARE 'NOT' a PERSON - not a fiction

cases of people Eldon offered help in
fighting 'failure to file charges'. Eldon
is first to admit that there can be no
perfect methods of fighting court battles
in fiction courts based upon make-believe
administration of ships at sea - as Canadian
courts are. Got to have 'good order and
discipline by the slaves manning the oars!
