Can a Canadian enlist into the Navy or Marines during this time of
war, and if so how. If anyone can help please let me know, Thank You.

Yes.
If you're in the States, check the phonebook under Government /
Federal / [service] / Recruiting Office
If you're in Canada, call or write to the nearest US Consulate; you
want the Military/Naval Attache

Having served with Canadians in the US Navy I would say yes you can. I
suggest you contact the local US consulate. Or if you live near the
border, come over and visit the local recruiting station.
