of 73 training courses for personnel from 8 allied nations. Authored
and established command MTS training program instruction, manual, tests,
feedback reports and tracking of 418 PQS line items. This program
adapted as Navy-wide MTS program in 1993.

instruction delivery. Supervised over 5200 personnel in specialties
ranging from intelligence specialists, acoustic analyst and training
experts, to clerical and civilian contractors. Extensive background
in all aspects of Instructional Systems Design (ISD). Experienced in
training school and student management, college accreditation,foreign
travel and liaison with various levels of organizational officials.
Managed training and operating budgets from $10,000 to $3.5million.
Held security clearances including Top Secret, CNO Special Projects
(codeword), BI/SBI and others.
