OBJECTIVE:

I want to work in a challenging and rewarding environment as a Sr. Human Resources Representative, which I can utilize almost seven years of progressive Human Resource Generalist experience.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:

· Handled the processing of the Payroll via ADP Partner, monthly balancing of ADP payroll to general ledger, processed monthly income statements, calculated company medical, dental, and property/casualty insurances. Systems Administrator for employee benefits database (compiling all US divisions into a centralized HRIS system/ADP Partner). Assisted employee with 401k hardship withdrawals and rollovers.

· Managed the recruitment process including applicant tracking, screening resumes, scheduling & conducting interviews, verifying references, scheduling pre-employment background searches and drug screenings, extending employment offers, bonus plans, relocation coordination, temporary personnel staffing and placements, Set-up and gave new hire orientations, handled all aspects of terminations; including exit interviews.. Assisted with all aspects of staffing: Processed new employment requisitions (maintained status log of all open requisitions), job postings, offer letters, internal transfers, immigrations issues, I-9 administrations, coordinated all immigration issues and interfaced with Immigration Lawyers. Interpreted policies and procedures. Assisted in employee relations issues and counseling. Assisted employees in enrollment choices and processes. Maintained the COBRA program. Supported clients in developing job descriptions.

· Prepared and presented presentations at company-wide communication meetings. Prepared the Blue Cross, Kaiser, Aetna, Cigna, VSP, and EAP insurance bills and assisted employees in resolving insurance problems. In charge of all Worker's Compensation claims/issues, and all short/long-term disability claims/issues.

· Responsible for annual and monthly projects such as EEO-1 reports, Vets-100 reports, and Affirmative Action Reporting. Processed expense reports, marketing/advertising reports, man power cost reports, Radford and AEA salary surveys reports, and composed V.P. reports, and Organization Charts.

· Company Coordinator & Representative at job fairs and campus recruiting. Trained HR Administrative Assistants and Recruiters.
