SHARE GROUP, INC.
President and Chief Operating Officer -- Responsible for day to
day operations of fast-growing telemarketing company. 7/93-8/97.
Accomplishments include:

- Growth. Over four years I helped expand the business from one
call center to six; from 100 staff to 600; and from 1993
revenues of $3.7 million to 1996 revenues of $16.8 million and
projected '97 revenues of &gt$20 million, earning the company a
place on the 1996 Inc. 500.

- Acquisitions. Planned, negotiated and implemented three
successful acquisitions of companies, each with $2-$3 million in
annual revenue. Oversaw integration of the acquired firms into
Share.

- Open Book Management (OBM). Helped implement OBM program that
shares company financial data with all employees; builds on an
annual budget and planning process with forward-looking, monthly
updates of the current financial picture; and gets all employees
focused on the company's critical numbers and improving the
bottom line.

- Human Resources. Recruited several key managers from inside and
outside the industry to join our management team.

- Technology. Helped design and manage roll-out of various
database management systems that give us a competitive edge with
our clients, including use of data mining techniques and
demographic data. Oversaw the selection and implementation of
new predictive dialer and Automated Call Distribution (ACD)
systems.

MCKINSEY & COMPANY
Management consultant--Worked with high-technology companies on
business strategy and organizational structure issues. 10/90-7/93.
Projects included:

- Turnaround. Designed and implemented a turnaround strategy for a
multi-billion dollar computer manufacturer. Developed a model
to explain loss of market share and helped convince senior
management of the need for major organizational change and
shifts in how products get delivered to the customers.

- Business strategy. Created and helped implement a long-term
business strategy for a $300 million peripherals company,
including a revamping of its product line and distribution
strategy. One year after implementation, the company's revenues
grew over 25% with an even larger increase in profitability.

- Valuation. Developed a valuation model and business strategy to
enable a $30 million software and consulting subsidiary of a
multi-billion consumer goods company find a new partner.

- Industry issues. Author and primary analyst for McKinsey's
annual Report on the Computer Industry. Responsible for
maintaining a proprietary financial database of the top 150
companies in the computer industry and overseeing several
contributing analysts.

PC WEEK
Staff Writer--News reporter covering PC compatible industry. Prior
to PC compatibles I was responsible for reporting on the Unix,
workstations, and Apple Macintosh beats. I also wrote product
reviews of newly released hardware and software. 1/89-9/90.

DUKAKIS-BENTSEN COMMITTEE
Director of Targeting--Responsible for developing and implementing
voter contact strategies in 30 states. Developed systems for
allocating candidate time, media buying, and money among states.
Managed three paid staff and several volunteers. 3/87-11/88.

Analyst--Assisted the Director of Fiscal Affairs in improving the

development and licensing of computer software.Responsible for
overseeing more than 40 employees and managing all of the
