Basic to model the AIN SPACE platform, and was used to help

* Lead-MTS in the Narrowband-PCS (N-PCS) cost model which
produced total costs for an N-PCS system deployed nationwide.
Our cost estimates were used to determine the size of U S
WEST's bids in the 50kHz license auction held by the FCC in
August 1994. This project was recognized for excellent work.
