* development of an overall logistics budget in excess of two hundred fifty million dollars ($250,000,000) including -
1. development and operation of the river and coastal staging yards,
2. air, river and land transport support operations,
3. Cost of ocean transportation for over seven hundred fifty thousand (750,000) freight tons of materials and equipment.
Global Logistics Multi-Project Acquisition Group Manager, responsible for:

* development of current Central Traffic group execution strategy;
* administration of the Traffic and Logistics function for all projects being handled by the Houston Regional office;
* recruitment and supervision of the Central Traffic group;
* Functional supervision of deployed Traffic and Logistics specialists.
This role involved recruitment, supervision, training and functional guidance for up to fifteen (15) T&L administrators.
