· Responsible for justification and offer preparation;
· Supervise the marketing policy for Software Distribution Department;
· Build a winning software distribution and development team;
· Supervise the Software distribution Department staff (currently 12
persons);
· Organize and run FORTE internal working conferences;
· Immediate training requirements identification for department persons;
· Follow and analyze the feedback from Romanian software market relating
to adopted FORTE market strategy;
· Responsible for building of the internal specific procedures regarding
software distribution in concordance with local and international regulations;
· Permanently follow the software products inventory for whole company
and make the necessary proposal for buying the new software products that are
require;
· Commercial contracts negotiations – in compliance with international
and local rules;
· Meeting, negotiations, workshops organization;
· Design and preparation of the Company’s presentation for the
International Computer Fair (CERF);
· Provide strategic and technical solutions that comply with client
requirements;
· Technical expertise in Operating systems and Software components of the
client;

Limits of competence:

· In conformity with FORTE internal regulations regarding competence;
· Will assume the responsibility to create or verify all documents issued
by itself or department persons;
· Will make monthly reports regarding department activity and results to
FORTE General Manager.
