Programmer, T.E.Cain & Associates, Gladstone, MO. April 1994 to December 1999. Project worker responsible for designing, coding, testing, and documenting new features for distribution software. Project leader responsible for analyzing existing date structures, coding, testing and upgrading distribution software to be Year 2000 ready. Provide phone support for customers using the software. Be the primary support person for eight clients. Responsibilities include: receive, test, and setup new PCs and workstations; install network cards; run network cables; install software; set up Intra-Office E-mail accounts for Microsoft Postoffice. Other duties include telephone support, modem support, and programming in business basic, maintaining internet access server.
