Subject: Creative Director anon post
PeopleSearch # 4549
Experience_level: 2 Commercial/Corporate
Dear Madam or Sir,
I decided to do a little surfing on the Internet today, and noticed
your posting for a Creative Director to assume a leadership role in
the design and development of the company website. Based on my
success in this area, coupled with my extensive background in
communications, documentation and Program Management, I believe I am
a candidate worth your consideration. A text version of my resume is
appended to this letter. Should you require a formatted hard copy,
please contact me. .
I have a long and successful history of directing personnel,
programs, and strategies, and in developing necessary relationships
with internal and external business partners. I have a proven
knowledge of the development processes for communications in all
forms, including through the Internet and World Wide Web. The
Internet knowledge is my most recently acquired skill. I currently
am directing the marketing content and delivery program for the
Internet and World Wide Web for Avis (http://www.avis.com) at their
world headquarters in Long Island, NY. This site has won numerous
awards for its look, feel, and quality, and has also become a revenue
generating vehicle. Additionally, due to my performance and grasp of
the issues, I was appointed the Program Manager for all aspects of
this project last October. I now also have the responsibility of
directing the Information Sciences group in their development of our
database for "on the fly" access to our fleet from the Web, the
Training organization in respect to their contribution to the project
(both of these groups are located in Tulsa, OK), the relationship with
our external Internet Service Provider in New Jersey, as well as
continuing to manage the content development portion of the project.
. .
