CalResources - Shell Oil Company - Ventura, CA - January 97 to June 97 -
Emergency response planning, this required working with operations, HS&E and
management to develop evacuation, emergency shut down, fire/explosion, hazardous
material release procedures and performing hazard and offsite consequence
analysis. Managed the installation of aboveground fuel storage tanks. Removed
underground storage tanks.
Rockwell - Rocketdyne Division - Canoga Park, CA - June 96 to August 96 - This
included hazardous waste management: manifesting; reporting; auditing,
identification of treatment and disposal options, waste classifications and
procurement of hazardous waste contractors.
Reichhold Chemicals Inc. - Azusa, CA - December 95 to April 96 - This included
implementation of hazard process analysis recommendations, identification of
unsafe equipment operations, start-up review of process lines and equipment, and
monitoring process performance. In addition, managed the safe work program,
