Direct all sales and establish broker sales network for meat products.
Supervise the setup and development of South American meat importing
operations including buying, selling, importing, label development,
transportation, and negotiating product specifications. Manage the
purchase of fresh fish products for Bahamas export and distribution.
Review market price changes, evaluate existing account activity, and
generate new business. Serve as liaison between Brazilian suppliers,
plant managers, and key customer accounts to troubleshoot problems and
monitor daily activity.

• Set up meat sales and distribution network within 10 months; generated
sales of $6MM.

• Directed the total reorganization of the offshore processing plant's
inventory control system; imposed accurate cost assessment and
tightened inventory controls.

• Saved 50% in air freight costs; replaced carriers for service to
the Bahamas.
