* Negotiated licensing agreement for Pro-formance sports drink. Successfully captured # 2 market share position behind Gatorade in key southeast, southwest, and midwest markets. Negotiated licensing agreement with "Just Say No" as sponsor, replacing Proctor and Gamble. Sponsorship agreement gave company exposure in 11,000 "Just Say No" clubs in the US, as well as nationwide tie-ins with sporting events at high school, college and amateur level. Total brand sales of $8 million in '92, returning $1.8 million in profits.

E-Tech, Inc. is a manufacturer and marketer of re-chargeable batteries and battery packs. Under a joint venture with the Chinese government they operate five battery production facilities in China, and have an international marketing office in Hong Kong. Responsible for managing and expanding business for the company in U.S., South America and Western Europe. Reported to the President.

* Managed international sales force marketing re-chargeable Nickel Cadmium and Nickel Metal Hydride batteries and power tools from China to customers in U.S., South America and Western Europe.
* Worked with manufacturers in China and Japan coordinating design of new products, i.e. power tools, etc.
* Provided input to corporate headquarters sourcing out funding for construction of Nickel Cadmium and Nickel Metal Hydride battery plants overseas.
