More information about this job: Overview: Partner Services Associate, The Academies As an integral team member, the Associate is the logistical liaison with the partner, working with the Manager and Faculty member to ensure seamless service to all internal and external stakeholders. The Associate is expected to demonstrate a keen interest and aptitude in understanding relationship management and market issues within the partnership pool that he or she serves as well as coordinate logistical functions to support the delivery of Academies curriculum to our partners. Responsibilities will include working closely with the Manager to strategically manage the Academy resources allotted to best serve our partners. Responsibilities Include: Logistics: Work closely with team to coordinate and manage successful execution of workshops from start to finish Activities include: Communicate workshop dates to Administrative Contact; schedule dates appropriately based on partner need, faculty content knowledge, faculty availability and travel feasibility Coordinate year-long curriculum for assigned pool of partners, confirm logistics with partner; order, track and confirm materials with the partner, and insure data integrity of records in internal databases. Some responsibilities may include: Staff in-house and off-site events providing logistical support and hospitality to attendees (travel 2-4 times per month) Collaborate with meetings department to secure dates and venues for in-house events (3-4 times per month) Work with participants between intensives to utilize online tools and academy materials Academy Knowledge: Develop a thorough knowledge of Academy curriculum and services Responsible for general understanding of workshop agendas, workshop topics and scheduling protocol Account Management/Service: Associate will work closely with the Manager throughout the lifecycle of a partnership and contribute to renewal strategy, scheduling of workshops and respond to special requests Some activities may include: Schedule and execute partnership year Act as faculty point person Contribute to strategic planning of year Department Support: Establish team relationship with faculty to ensure successful completion of workshops Some activities may include: Provide timely and up-to-the-minute information on all relevant details regarding each phone appointment and workshop Update and communicate changes in process, materials and or faculty requests/issues to team Update, respond to and communicate to support the needs of the division

Position Info: Partner Services Associate candidates should possess the qualifications listed below: Ability to thrive under pressure; highly efficient and flexible Excellent service skills; written and verbal Top-notch process management skills and detail orientation Ability to work independently with little oversight Willingness to travel Demonstrate maturity and poise during face to face interactions with senior executives
