SKILLS REQUIRED:
To qualify, candidates must possess a minimum of 8 years
in
ir Force flight operations - airborne reconnaissance
preferre
Bachelor's degree in Management or related discipline.
(M
sters Degree preferred.)

Knowledge of system acquisition principles with the
ability
o analyze and evaluate operational requirements,
test/evaluat
on, concepts and applications. Knowledge of the AF
corporate
process, the Air Staff/Secretariat or MAJCOM, of AQ/XO
divisi
nal responsibilities, and familiarity with Joint Staff.
Know
edge of PPBS, and knowledge of the Mission Area Plans (MAP)
p
ocess.

Should be knowledgeable of the system development program
an
reconnaissance operations to include mission planning, air
o
erations, sensors, intelligence collection activities, and
gr
und station capabilities. Position is onsite with direct
supp
rt to the Air Staff. Must have an interest and an aptitude
fo
providing staff level technical and programmatic support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will be responsible for assisting with the coordination,
des
gn, development and execution of the Global Hawk Program,
con
istent with guidance and policy. Will also provide support
fo
planning, programming, and budgeting. This support will
incl
de, but not be limited to the identification of vital
support
for AF mission requirements. This support requires detailed
t
chnical development, revision and program analysis to these
c
itical programs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Seeking a talented individual experienced in Global Hawk
and
or Predator reconnaissance operations and system
development.
Candidate will be responsible for providing technical and
pro
rammatic support to the Global Hawk Program Manager,
AF/XOIRC
