The candidate should be B.S./BE / B Tech with 4 6 years of experience. Skill
set requirements are - Leadership experience/PM skills,Advanced Siebel 7.5 ,
Advanced UNIX, Advanced SQL.Experience monitoring systems with standard UNIX
tools: vmstat, iostat, prstat.Familiarity with monitoring toolsSome
programming/scripting experience outside of LoadRunner, required.Familiarity
with Client/Server Architecture.Knowledge of Linux architecture.Strong oral
and written and presentation, communication skills.Performance analysis
skills with ability to debug performance problems and help customers with
performance tuning.Experienced with test planning, creation of test cases
and test scenarios.Ability to work independently in dynamic environment
where systems are constantly re-configured and be able to troubleshoot
environment problems. Nice to have: - Intermediate Perl/Shell Scripting
experience - Knowledge of Oracle Architecture Application Knowledge: Atlys,
Siebel, Vitria & Numeritrack.
