This person will be responsible for the sale of software
sol
tions utilizing direct consultative selling to prospective
an
current accounts. Responsibilities include all aspects of
te
ritory and account management; communicating company
pricing,
sales and licensing philosophy and procedures; developing
sal
s and marketing plans; analyzing market trends; developing
sa
es tools, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, MIS,
o
other relevant discipline;
Five years of experience in the sales, marketing, or
technic
l support of computer software solutions (including related
t
aining products and services), computer hardware, or
telecomm
nications software/hardware;
Knowledge of basic sales techniques;
Knowledge of hardware and/or software acquisitions cycles
an
buying influences;
Ability to analyze and evaluate territory dynamics and
devel
p a sales plan;
Ability to communicate technical and business concepts and
r
late them to System applications and user needs; Ability to
w
rk independently and as part of a team;
Ability to travel.
Preferences:
Experience selling to the accounts that comprise Homeland
Se
urity - (Customs, INS, FEMA, Secret Service);
Experience working with the Integrator community;
Enterprise Solution Sales experience.
