A leading developer of manufacturing automation and process control
software needs a Market Development Manager with proven experience
selling Servo Based Motion Control systems.
You will serve as the lead technical salesperson for assigned
products, sales planning, product launches, and training sales account
engineers.
Principle duties will be to develop and implement sales strategies (in
conjunction with other managers) to achieve revenue and market share
objectives.
Other duties include assisting Account Sales Engineers in the
following areas:
o. Sales of assigned products, to articulate assigned Product Business
Units’ strategies (commercial, product and technology) and assist in
ongoing customer relationships.
o. Identify potential competitive target accounts so as to develop and
implement account conversion plans.
o. Price negotiations, making sales calls, presentations and
demonstrations conducting technical seminars.
o. Execution of business unit commercial programs
Requirements:
o. 5+ years experience selling precision Servo-Based Motion Control
systems to large OEM accounts (Required)
o. Experience in the Electronics and Semiconductor segments (Automated
Optical Inspection, Wire Bonding, PCB insertion, Metrology, etc.)
(Required)
o. Proven Market and Channel development experience (Required)
o. BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Required) (MBA
preferred)
