A company that provides Management/Leadership, Sales Skills, Customer
Service Skills, and Training Development needs a Courseware
Developer.
Job functions include:
o. Needs Analysis
o. Training Customization
o. Training Design/Development (including lecture/lab, experiential
activities, job aids, instructor guides, and participant guides)
o. Evaluation Design/Development
o. Pilot Training/Facilitation
You will also support lead generation, appointment generation, sales
presentations, and proposal writing.
Initially the work is done under the direction of the COO, then
quickly progresses to independent and project management work
including directing others (including contractors).
All work will be done from a home office but you must live close
enough to be able to attend monthly on-site meetings in NH.
Requirements:
o. 3 years experience developing instructor-lead courseware and
training materials (Required)
o. Excellent skills with PowerPoint and MS Word (Required)
o. Have a proven history of being self-directed and working remotely
(Required)
o. Prior experience creating Management- or Sales-related training
materials a major plus
Notes:
o. Authorized US workers only please
o. This is a full-time staff position, working from home
o. You must be close enough to NH to attend monthly onsite meetings
