Job Description
Experience with HP Service Center version 6.x and above or Peregrine
Service Center. We are installing HP Service Manager 7.0 Should have
direct experience with Service Center, Incident Management, Change,
Problem and Configuration Management modules.
Service Center 6.x Tailoring - Expert with 2 year(s) experience.
Extensive experience tailoring formats, format controls, links,
display options, inboxes, global lists, notifications, etc.
Connect IT - Unix - Intermediate with 2 year(s) experience.
Experience using Connect IT to map data from external systems to
Service Center tables.
Unix Operating System - Intermediate with 2 year(s) experience.
Experience developing, modifying, running, and monitoring scenarios in
a Unix environment. Experience with Unix operating system to include
file browsing, editing, scripting, process monitoring, etc.
Oracle Database - Intermediate with 2 year(s) experience. Experience
with Oracle database version 9.x and above. Must be proficient using
SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE.
Development and Administration of HP Service Manager 7 (currently, we
are upgrading from Service Desk 4.5 to Service Manager 7.0) Support
rollout of HP Service Manager 7 application to the helpdesk and all IT
Teams Troubleshoot and Monitor Service Manager 7 application. This
includes monitoring for performance, system errors, data problems,
etc. Develops and documents IT and helpdesk support standards,
policies, and procedures.
