QA Automation Lead
Position Requirements:
• Lead and grow a small team of test engineers. • In addition to lead
responsibilities, you will spend approximately 50% of your time
participating in following areas: - Create and maintain plans,
specifications and strategic direction. - Develop and enhance test
automation cases. - Develop and enhance test automation frameworks and
tools. - Own end to end feature testing while leveraging feature team
members and shared test engineers. - Own the investigation, reporting
and tracking of defects. - Set up test environments, execute and
maintain automated test suites, and analyze testing results. • Work
closely with the Dev and PM teams. • Practice excellent oral and
written communication skills. • Practice excellent leadership and
mentoring skills.
Qualifications:
• Lead/Management Experience including mentoring, interviewing, and
coaching. • 3 or more years of Software Automation Testing experience.
• Proficient and demonstrated experience in planning, specification
writing, long and short term goal setting for project initiatives,
drive for results using clear can concise prioritization. • BS, MS or
PhD in Computer Science or equivalent. • Proficient to Excellent
Software Testing Automation skills in one or more of the following
languages: Jython, Python, Java, .Net or equivalent. • Experience in
working on Unix/Linux is a plus.
